Welcome to Vibe Fit Studio, home of the Detroit Vibe Tribe. These Terms & Conditions govern use of www.detroitvibetribe.com and purchases and reservations made through our website and linked booking services.

“Vibe Fit Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vibe Fit LLC, doing business as Vibe Fit Studio.

When creating an account, booking a class, or making a purchase, you will be asked to accept these terms and any additional terms disclosed for your purchase.

1. Accounts and Reservations

Please provide accurate contact, account, and payment information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized account use.

Classes are subject to availability. Purchasing a membership or class package does not guarantee a place in a particular class. Please reserve your spot and check in before participating.

Memberships, class packages, and account access are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be shared or transferred unless expressly permitted in the purchase terms.

2. Prices, Packages, and Promotions

Prices, included services, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and other purchase conditions will be disclosed before checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional fees will also be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Introductory offers may be limited to new clients, one purchase per person, or other eligibility conditions stated with the offer. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Changes to prices or package terms apply to future purchases. Changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated in advance, subject to your membership agreement and applicable law.

3. Recurring Memberships

If you select an automatically renewing membership, the checkout process will disclose the recurring charge, billing frequency, any minimum commitment, and cancellation procedure. Recurring charges require your express authorization.

Your membership will continue according to the terms accepted at enrollment until canceled. Not attending classes does not, by itself, cancel a membership.

To cancel, log into your Recess account, find your recurring membership and cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately but your access will continue through the paid period.

Please contact us for medical exceptions and other adjustments. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

4. Class Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

Please cancel reservations before the scheduled class using your Recess account where you booked the class. 

Late cancellations and missed classes are subject to loss of a class credit or your paid purchase. Any applicable fee or forfeiture will be disclosed before booking.

For safety and to avoid disrupting other participants, late entry may be restricted. Please contact us if you need assistance with a reservation.

5. Refunds and Expiration Dates

Class packages and promotional passes expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase. Any restrictions on transfers, extensions, or unused credits will also be disclosed before purchase. Failure to use within the term will forfeit any unused credits. These policies do not limit refunds or other remedies required by law.

6. Schedule Changes and Studio Cancellations

We may change instructors, class formats, or schedules because of staffing, weather, safety concerns, technical problems, or other operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes promptly.

If we cancel a separately purchased class or event, we may refund or give an equivalent credit. If we cancel a class reserved with a package credit, that credit will be restored.

For extended closures or material interruptions affecting memberships, we will communicate available adjustments and any rights under the membership agreement or applicable law.

7. Health and Safe Participation

Fitness instruction and website content are provided for general fitness and educational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Choose activities appropriate for your abilities and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before beginning or changing an exercise program. Follow instructor directions, use equipment safely, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, or other concerning symptoms.

Participation in physical activity involves risks, including injury. Participants must complete our separate participant agreement and liability waiver before participating. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

8. Virtual and On-Demand Classes

For virtual or on-demand participation, you are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection, and clear, safe exercise space.

Access links and recordings are for authorized personal use only. You may not share access credentials, redistribute recordings, or record or commercially use our classes without written permission.

Technical availability may vary. If a problem on our end prevents access to a purchased class, contact us so we can arrange appropriate replacement access, a credit, or a refund.

9. Respectful Conduct and Minors

We strive to maintain a welcoming, respectful environment. Harassment, threatening behavior, unauthorized recording, and unsafe or disruptive conduct are prohibited.

We may restrict participation or suspend access for safety concerns or violations of these terms. Any resulting cancellation or refund will be handled under the applicable purchase agreement and law.

Participants under 18 must meet the applicable class age requirements and have a parent or legal guardian complete the required participation documents. Any supervision requirements will be communicated before enrollment.

10. Website Content and Third-Party Services

Website text, photographs, videos, graphics, and other materials belong to Vibe Fit Studio or their respective owners and licensors. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.

We use third-party services for functions such as booking, payment processing, and video delivery. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their terms govern their platforms; our disclosed purchase terms govern the services you purchase from us.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

11. Privacy and Photography

Please review our separate Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

Any permission to use an identifiable participant’s photograph, video, or testimonial for marketing will be addressed through a separate consent process. Accepting these terms does not, by itself, grant promotional image rights.

12. Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by website outages or errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or limits non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by Michigan law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change completed purchases or existing membership commitments. We will provide notice and obtain additional agreement when required.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
